AND EKi Series EK600i GSM and Precision Weight Balance 0.01gm to 600 gm. It is the popular AND EKi Series Precision Weight Balance 600 gm compact balance series that provides a wide selection of capacities and resolutions. This is a very popular scale for schools, colleges, universities, and textile testing laboratories in Bangladesh.

Its versatile features include full digital calibration and a large LCD with a backlight. Its small footprint, optional carrying case, and optional rechargeable NiCd battery make it convenient.

The AND Weighing Everest Balance includes a large LCD (16 mm height) with backlight Control zero, mode selection, and data output with standard RS-232C. Counting function with Automatic Counting Accuracy Improvement. Standard comparator function–HI/OK/LO annunciator. Full Digital Calibration with optional user-definable mass setting. Attention: 

1. Prevent it from getting wet.
2. Do not place the balance in an environment with extreme temperature or humidity.
3. Do not shock the balance and do not exceed the capacity.

Preparations

1. Before using the Balance, please take out the protection screw from the left of the balance, then plug it up with the circular plastic cap. Otherwise, the balance will not work.
2. The balance must be in an exactly horizontal position to achieve accurate measurement results. The windbreak cover is necessary for high-precision balance. Re-calibration before each use is preferable.
3. Please don’t turn the balance on to work before the above items are well prepared.

Explanation of display parts

• >0<: “Zero” indicator.
• <T>: “Tare” indicator.
• @: Indicate that the reading is Stable.
• [+ -]: “Power-Low” indicator.
• Pcs: Indicate that the balance is in counting mode.

Alternative Power Supplies

• DC 6V/1.3Ah rechargeable sealed lead-acid battery.
• 8V/0.6A AC/DC power adaptor

Low voltage indication

When the voltage of the batteries is lower than 5.8V ± 0.15V, the Power-LOW Indication will be lit up. The lead-acid battery should be recharged. Otherwise, the displayed reading will be unstable, and the balance will automatically power off when the voltage of the batteries is lower than 5.1V ± 0.15V.
