1. How to Place an Order on H. S. Scientific & Chemical Co.?

To place an order, visit our website and search for your desired products. Click the "Add to Cart" button for each product. After selecting your items, click the cart icon to review your list. You can change the quantity if needed and click "Update Quantity," then click the "Checkout" button. Login or fill out the form with your Name, Contact Number, Address, select your payment method and delivery slot, and finally click "Place Order." Your order will be placed successfully.

2. How much does the delivery cost?

Our regular delivery charge is Tk. 50.00 for Dhaka City and Tk. 90.00 for anywhere else in Bangladesh. This rate applies for 0–0.5 kg products. The delivery charge may increase depending on product weight, type, and urgency.

3. Why is the delivery charge more than other e-commerce platforms?

Most platforms take more time and do not take responsibility for delivered products. At H. S. Scientific & Chemical Co., we offer:

• Easy return and refund

4. What are the payment methods?

We offer multiple payment options: Cash on Delivery, bKash, Rocket, Nagad, and Bank Transfer. You can choose whichever is convenient for you.

5. What is the policy for returns and refunds?

You may request a refund within 7 days for unopened or spoiled packaged products. For liquid and perishable items, like water and cleaning liquids, we have a 3-day return policy. We do not accept returns if the item has been opened or used. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if conditions are not met. 6. What about quality?

We always try to source the best quality items. If you are dissatisfied, you can return the item immediately to the delivery person. If not possible, call us within 3 days, and we will replace the item for free.

7. What are the Terms & Conditions of Delivery?

We operate on working days only: Saturday to Thursday, excluding Government Holidays and Fridays.

• Same-day delivery: Place the order before 2:00 PM (except on holidays and Fridays)
• 1–3 days delivery: Applies for Dhaka City
• 3–5 days delivery: Applies for areas outside Dhaka

8. Can I collect the product from the H. S. Scientific & Chemical Co. office?

Yes, you can. Please inform us at least 3 hours before your visit. Without prior notice, the product may not be available at that time.

9. Can your chemicals be used in food?

No. None of our chemicals are suitable for human consumption or food use. They are strictly for research and analysis purposes only.
